We stand behind the quality and effectiveness of all products sold through www.generalecologycanada.com. If you are not fully satisfied with your purchase, simply return* it to the The Environmental Technology Group within 30 days, unused and undamaged, for a FULL REFUND of purchase price.

Warranty Statement

Every SEAGULL® IV Purification System stainless steel pressure vessel is warranted for ten years, from the date of purchase, to be free from defects in materials and workmanship when installed and operated according to General Ecology, Inc.’s detailed instructions. Accessories, electronic components and faucets are warranted for one year from the date of purchase.

All other products available on www.generalecologycanada.com are covered by their respective manufacturer’s warranty. If you have questions about the warranty on any product, please enquire before you buy.

For warranty service, please contact The Environmental Technology Group. This warranty does not apply to damage to any products resulting from accident, misuse, tampering, corrosion, modification or incorrect installation. Cartridge capacity and performance will vary depending upon water characteristics and for this reason, specifically are not covered by this warranty.

At General Ecology Canada, we stand behind our products. If you are not satisfied with your purchase, we are here to help.

Returns

  • You have 30 calendar days to return an item from the date you received it.

  • To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it and in the original packaging.

  • Please contact us at sales@generalecologycanada.com to initiate a return.

Refunds

  • Once we receive your item, we will inspect it and notify you that we have received your returned item.

  • If your return is approved, we will initiate a refund to your credit card (or original method of payment).

Restocking Fee

  • We do not charge any restocking fees for returned items.

Shipping Costs

  • You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable.
